Ridiculous. At work, I cannot view the flow of my mp-40. Even at home, it is glitchy. Do better. We pay a lot of money for these products. I’m giving it 2 stars because once you are “in” it’s pretty cool. Otherwise this review would be one star and probably my should be.

This app can’t seem to keep time or date. No matter how many times I set the time and date it keeps randomly changing so you can’t keep a consistent schedule with the led’s or pumps. They really need to fix this I don’t understand how an app in 2024 can’t keep time & date.

App will NOT keep the current time always switches….ridiculous for the amount of money…

The connection issues on this app have cost me money and even clients at this point. For the money you pay pay for these lights you would think the app would be decent. So sad

This app works flawlessly. No issues with connectivity or function. If you’re having problems with it, it’s because you don’t understand how to setup your network properly. Which is a problem for most people, because most people aren’t generally tech savvy enough to handle even simple tech. No offence meant to anyone, but if you’re having problems it isn’t the app, it’s your network, your skill set, or both.

The shake for feedback prompt is SO annoying. Your app is already slow and you're just interrupting me when I'm in the middle of something. It's like if a notepad stopped me from writing to ask me for feedback. Go away!!! Stop interrupting user workflows. Delete that annoying integration.

After all these years and updates, app and performance remains glitchy. I just had to “resume” my schedule manually again after lights were stuck on morning schedule. Vectra return pump was previously suffering from a similar issue. Tired of waiting for a stable product, I’ll be moving away from Ecotech.

Until you sort out all the bugs that render your product useless please allow us to pair two vortechs manually and run them like we used to before all this nonsense glitchy software. Let’s face it, if you didn’t fix this since summer time there’s really no eta on when this will become useful.

Does anyone have the same issue nothing works on this app. Neither my pumps or light can’t be adjust after the update. Hate this app so much

I updated the app and now I have a lot of issues connecting the light and if it connects the light won’t let me program the schedule. Como on ecotech fix this
