Full of bugs. Needs attention otherwise, you will loose customers due to frustrations with placing an order.

I wanted to collect my free dessert but it deleted it from the options and I couldn’t do that. Also, I wanted to add humus but that was not an option. Frustrating.

I added my items to the cart for a pickup order but was not able to register my card in the app, so could not place my order. I had to call in my order. Hopefully this issue can be fixed.

It took me WAY too long to submit an order through this app! I kept getting meaningless error codes, and then the irrelevant message “UH-OH … there was an error validating your cart.”. The issue turned out to be that the app (or the Bethesda location) can’t handle curbside pickup. When I changed my order to in-store pickup, it finally went through. An error message from the app describing the actual problem, or simply not having curbside pickup as a visible option would have saved me a lot of time.

Don’t prompt for reviews, it interrupts my usage of the app and I just don’t like putting reviews in general.

Since their latest update, this does not work. For short time pick-up, the wait is much too long. (The phone used to be a decent alternative but now their phone intro is much too long.) So, I have started using it for later pick-up but now all I get at the check-out is “un uh Cannot validate order” or something like that. I have tried emailing customer service but never an answer. Very sorry about this as I have been using their Kentlands Branch for over 20 years.

Great family option that is not fast food. Easily something for everyone with different protein choices. Rice and veggies and salads.

App makes it hard to find code menu, constantly needs re-add credit card, and is not compatible with Apple Pay. I have abandoned several orders because the app was so a pain to set up and use.

App has way too many steps to order and payment is difficult. Should also have an Apple Pay option.
