The app can not be updated, why it’s happened? Can someone explain please?

U osób z ukraińskim obywatelstwem nie pojawiają się w aplikacji polskie prawo jazdy. Ja i moi przyjaciele zdawaliśmy na prawo jazdy w Polsce, ale w aplikacji one się nie pojawiły. Aby je znaleźć w wersji elektronicznej, muszę otwierać wersję aplikacji w przeglądarce.

I have iphone 8 plus. Almost any document update action requires consultency from support because I always encounter problems without meaningful feedback messages from the app itself. And support says „delete and install the app again”. Not the best user experience. Please add retry button when sms is sent. The problem is that there is either some rate limiting or transient errors with sms. And it’s pretty annoying when you star at input for sms code but you haven’t received any sms and you can’t even trigger the sms resend from that screen. You need to cancel your flow and start it from beginnng. Also, I am adding Diya.pl. It says „enter profil zaufany login and pass”, I enter and get the sms, I enter the code from sms and then it asks me again about login and pass from profil zaufany. And again and again. Deleted and installed the app but it didn’t help. Guys please add more error messages to the end users. I’d prefer to see even system error message rather than nothing. Contacting support is sometimes not helpful.

Despite the fact, that my child has a PESEL and it connected to mine(checked this in the local authority), I can’t see it in the app. It just does find my child’s data. Reinstalling didn’t help

I can’t fully use the application, I see a message: “services are currently unavailable,” I can’t add a child, I can’t update my data, what should I do??

Po co tworzyć aplikację, jeśli nie działa ona dobrze? Nie mogę się zalogować, mówi, że hasło jest nieprawidłowe, nie mogę zmienić hasła, bo wszystko kręci się w kółko. Nie mogę nawet napisać skargi, bo pisze, że nie mogę wybrać tematu zgłoszenia
