Mockup Creator (Video Mockups)

Love this app but I would love to have a window’s version Works great on my phone but it would nice to design and send to my customer all from my windows computer Is a windows version possible?

These are fantastic tools for helping customers visualize projects before you actually get started. I would love if you added the makerflo brand pen and stylus combo and the PaperMate InkJoy pens (after removal of clip)

I paid for this product so I can use it on my Mac I can’t see on a tiny phone. Now you no longer offer it on the Mac which is why I paid uggg this hurt my business because I can no longer offer a mock up

I bought the lifetime membership for my desktop computer. It has been down for weeks, with unanswered emails from this company. They found out they could make more money so they screwed people who bought the computer version to force them to repay for the apps for their phones.

This app has helped cut my mock up time to very minimal. Just don’t like how it crashes and closes the app after doing 3-4 mock ups. I have to restart the app every time. A bit annoying but I guess for a free app I can’t complain to much just won’t purchase because of that.

I’ve sent emails in regards to an order I placed and can’t download the software as file page is not found. I haven’t received any email in regards to the problem and I sent email on February 19, 2023. I bought lifetime in November 5,2021. I really would like to be able to download the software I purchased and be contacted. My computer needed to be reset so I lost everything I had downloaded.

I purchased the package for one month to see if I would use it or if I would continue to use Canva. I like some aspects of this app but do not think it is the best app for me. I do like the rotating feature. It only works for my tumblers but sadly none of the other sublimated items. Would love to be able to contact customer support from the app but no way. Once they get your money coming in there is no way to cancel.

I used this app on my phone, then used it on my computer. Most of my pictures are in there. So I paid for the membership. I cannot login on the computer and the website to get help does not exist anymore.

The new update makes my images yellow.

The Tumbler is way too long, looks like a 30oz. It’s a completely different app than what I subscribed to last year. My subscription renewed and now I’m stuck with something I won’t use.
