Literally have to pay for everything. I cant even apply for a casting without paying. Would not recommend!

This app is terrible, so many “casting directors” reach out but NEVER respond. This is a waste of time and a scam. Do not recommend

WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS APP! Company is extremely unprofessional and appears to have very little funding. Customer service is extremely bad. I signed up to the app under the free trial to see if the app offered a decent platform of communication for modelling castings - it didn’t do a good job of this. So I canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. I was still charged a year’s fee to the app and emailed the company right away to let them know of the error. I provided screenshots confirming when and how I canceled the membership. I’ve since exchanged 6 emails with the company, they haven’t resolved the issue, and I have received the worst one line replies not even answering the concerns in my email (it’s obvious they haven’t even read my detailed email of what occurred or reviewed the screenshots) and the company has still not addressed my email properly nor provided a refund. BE CAREFUL

Had me post stuff to my social media, invite all my followers and a heap of other free advertising for them with the promise of a free full access account. Honoured for about a mth and then tried to charge me. Contacted them multiple times no one ever fixed it or addressed it. You constantly get agents etc contact you ( mind you they pay for their account too) and invite u to castings etc but even though they pay, and personally invite you, u can respond. Still no one has honoured their promise

I had a photographer friend suggest this app to me. I loved the layout but to really use the app you need to be approved. I put in my info and waited about a week. The app kept telling me to sign up for the premium, but honestly I don’t want to drop $90+ dollars if I don’t get to try it out a bit first. A month later or so I put in a support ticket since I hadn’t heard back. A week later I receive a support ticket reply saying I never linked my account. I checked the app and it was linked to my socials and website. Then someone reached out to me to tell me again that the account wasn’t linked. I took a screenshot and sent it, and then never got a follow up. 4 months later and it still says “pending approval” so I don’t have my hopes up that it will ever work.

They charged you $100 for the free trial and it’s not refundable.
