Got overcharged and tried to explain the situation to them but the staff kept passing the phone around and were not at all helpful so gave up in the end. Also I could hear them laughing about it in the background as they didn’t put the call on hold. Not a good experience They are always several hours later than the delivery time and often don’t have a lot of the things I’ve ordered. I’ve been fine with this but I draw l the line at them stealing my money.

I hv been regularly using this app for my daily needs but this new app has just too many glitches

Kindly do not order anything from this app They have no proper customer support The orders delivered are incomplete and no refunds are issued. On confrontation it is said that the amount would be adjusted in next order. Gone are the days of modern bazar It should be called Chor Bazaar

Total rip off undelivered items and no acknowledgement and refund from store. Store management are crooks

Raw Mutton Chicken smells with some medicine preservative being added to it stated one year or so back. Complaints has given no results and only denials.

* Most of the time they cancel the order. * There is no way to track the rider. And on my last finally when the rider changed status to delivered without delivering, and no response from customer care, I deleted the app. My order ID was MB#2631720

Never on time

Biggest cheats . They don’t deliver on time and if you ask them about the status of the same they have absolutely no idea . A disgrace to the retail sector of India. You guys shout down your stores .

1) They are not updated with their stocks/ products available with them on app. 2) No Courtsey whatsoever - No solution providing, means no intend to work. Bus Araam chye inko 🙏🏻

Deliver very low shelf life of the products to me, like some sauces with 2 month of shelf life before it's expired, also received damage product. Moreover, they don't mention product details like manufacturing date or expiry date for customer's consideration. Better if buy from store not online. So you could get better product not the one that going to expired.
