App offers you “coaches” that have gone through short course on career management, stress management. These people are not qualified to do this job, this is shameful.

Schon bevor ich mich anmelden konnte war es auch schon vorbei. Kam nicht in die App rein, weil andauernd Felder wie „email“, „Company“ rot markiert waren. Habe Company mehr Mals eingetragen aber es lies sich einfach nicht bestätigen. Deswegen wieder gelöscht. Danke für 20min Zeitverschwendung.

It’s hard to find another popular app in 2024 with such poor interface and functionality. Links get misplaced and the navigation is not user friendly. The worst part is, when you experience issues, it takes a long time to get ahold of customer support. When they do get back to you, they respond with copied and pasted factory-manual style robotic language that does not get to the point, and a few times the customer service rep created new issues within my account instead of fixing. It brands itself as some sort of mental health savior but this company gives you more anxiety and worry than it claims to be able to fix.

I don’t want to give the app any stars. Unable to log into the app. Keep saying an error occurred.

Please fix

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app three times now and all it does is take me to a screen saying to “download the most recent version”. I have already done this multiple times and having this issue continue is annoying. Fix this issue and get your app to work correctly.

I have had this app for a few months, removed and reinstalled it multiple times and it will not load.

This app and website is horrible. It keeps spinning

I was setting up the app and selected a symptom by accident. Now the app won’t let me do anything other than continue to fill out the survey. Deleting the app as it seems worse for my mental health.

The app just spins and says loading. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it twice. I have an Apple 14 pro. There’s no reason this shouldn’t work. Terrible.
