I made a larga sum of transaction, and their system never processed my payment that the transaction became expired. One day later, they haven’t processed my transaction, nor have they made a refund. So please beware of this app. Terrible service! I might just lose hundred million rupiah to this company for not processing/refunding my money. What’s worse: there is no urgency to refund it. As an investor, everyday, im losing more money when they don’t refund / process the transactions.
