Totally useless app.

No one can explain how to program a loop function. They send videos but the videos are terrible because it doesn’t demonstrate what options are being selected. All it shows it it going to the next options to select.

The app fails to run my routine, at sunset I have only one routine for two pendants and it fails to do so, and showed error that it failed to run routine.

Grouping items together doesn’t trigger them seamlessly and their support team told me they know this but aren’t working to fix it.

Not sure why the rating is so low. I set it up with an IR universal remote control and I thought the setup was very strait forward. Programming the remote learning was simple. Integration with Alexa worked great and the integration was fast. This was a better experience than most big brands IMO, and the device was very affordable.

I don’t recommend this switch. 3 way switch doesn’t work well. You will be really upset with this switch system. If you want to use these switches. I can say “Good luck.”

After about an hour attempting to get this to connect to WiFi or even find the item from this company, I gave up and returned it. Fix your stuff and to anyone else I would advise not even attempting.

App works very well and has a lot of great functions

Works well (so,far)! Exactly what I needed to control my string lights on the screen porch. Outlet was already installed in the ceiling and this worked perfectly in keeping everything neat and clean! Was a little difficult to find to download on my iPhone as the QR codes didn’t work from the directions. Apparently, there is no app designed to work with the iPad. Tried to download it via Google Play and again, QR Code didn’t work. Could never find an app in the App Store for androids and even share device via text and still would never download app. Did get it setup without issues to be controlled by Alexa (since other occupant of the home has an android).
