- Open a 100% digital account: open your bank account with Chave Móvel Digital.
- Control your finances: receive push notifications to warn you when others send you money or when payments are completed. If you lose your card, if it was stolen, or any other reason, just cancel it in the app and order a new one.
- In & Out: you can send, request and split bills between moey!, MB WAY and others. No added costs, no transfer charges.
- Pay with your phone: activate Apple Pay directly in the moey! app.
- Withdraw money: set the amount you want to withdraw on your phone, go to an ATM and insert the code we send you. It's as simple as it is safe. - Available in the MULTIBANCO network
- Manage all your bank accounts: it’s All In, use the moey! app to manage bank accounts from all your banks. Make payments with the app, analyse your expenses and create saving goals for all of your accounts.
- Goals: save money easily. Set your saving goals, when you want to reach that goal and how often you want to save.
- Stats: control you personal finances, see where you spend more money, with costs divided in categories, such as restaurants, supermarkets and others.

Conta fechada sem razão nenhuma!
Aquando a abertura da conta, avisei desde do início que residia em França, ao qual responderam-me que a partir do momento que eu estivesse em posse de um cartão de cidadão português válido, não haveria problema! Dois anos depois, conta bloqueada e encerrada, por não ser residente português! Muito desiludido, banco nada sério!

Really stupid bank.. everything inside the App is in English but at the moment to proof your identity , only in portuguese... I ve never seen a bank so stupid like that ..
Weak system
The app doesn’t seem to be built for resilience. A huge turn off for me a I look for a strong and secure banking IT. Server errrors occur when trying to register and customer support seems exhausted and has no clue about what is happening. I’ll pass… Email has been sent to feedback.
No Stranger
You are targeting foreign people but we can not even sing with this bank if we don’t have citizen Portuguese. It is 2021 wake up we all have passport and any other bank is just asking for only our passport I’ve tryed 2 times since I live in Portugal but you are not 2.0 Remember just need 5m and a passport with N26
Dissapointing and illogical
I’m a French citizen, been living in Portugal for more than 13 years with a NIF and Portuguese address. However, without a residence permit, they won’t let you open an account. So why bother offering your services in English if you only care about local citizens? Plus, how would you refuse EU customers? Anyway, this was my second attempt in a year, and I’m really losing patience here. Edit April 2021: I tried again and had the same stupid response. Waste of time, I’ll just go to another bank and tell all my friends to avoid moey.
Disappointed
Still not available for non portuguese citizens even though lot of foreigners like me have been living in Portugal for a while :/ I don’t understand why this takes so long. The product is young Ok, but it has been there for a while now.. Simply frustrating.
Só somente cidadão portugues
Ué necessário cidadão português? Falta de estrangeiro esse NIF e actividades simples! Tempo perdido :(
