Crashes at the registration process + service is terriblle
Few things: 1. The app crashes at the entrance, the screen goes blank when I try to activate digital mobile key. 2. I called moey! telephone service for help amd although the person asking to press 0 for English, you wait approx 20mins and a Portuguese person picks up saying that they dont know English. This happened 3 times as I was doubting myself if I presed the i correct buttons. Why even have the possibility to press for English when the service is fully in Portuguese? 3. You realky need to improve with what documents you register for the app. Allowing only Portuguese ID card is incredibly limiting and although I went to great lenghts to be able to regoster, the app then crashes. Incredibly disappointing experience.
