تتيح للمتعامل استخدام احد عشر خدمة استعلامية بها يستطيع المتعامل سواء كان عامل او صاحب منشاة بحسب صلاحية الدخول الأستفسار عن معلومات منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر

Tried raising a complaint through e-services

I tried to raise a complaint against an employer using e-services. A rotating circle shows up on screen and nothing happens. Probably the app is out of resources on the backend / infrastructure. What a shame. Would be a great app if it works. So I tried to raise a technical support request. However the form sends a reference number and obviously I don’t have one. This is a bad design interface and workflow. Can someone help me please???

still not solving my issue

i cannot log in more than ten days even though i filed an it request to solve it

Update the countries on the app

Hello there, please kindly update on the app, because a country like Sierra Leon can’t be found when employees want to check their contracts after doing a freelance visa
