I only give it 2 star because they have a variety of colors and the different options are cool . But, the alarm does not work no matter how many times I set it . I have to manually turn it on/off and that’s annoying because then the battery doesn’t last if you’re not on point with it. I actually regret buying this! Never had this issue with any other app …

They did not work I put them on my wall on they did not turn on I use the remote and it did not work I came on the app and it still did not work.

The lights do what their supposed to do but I have a few notes. First I wish you could turn the lights off with the app. It would just make my life easier, and for some reason the steering you could set to turn it off and on at certain times doesn’t work for me. I don’t know if I’m not doing it right or if I doesn’t actually work. Also the colors don’t always match the color you set it on. It’s nothing crazy different, the color is just a little different then the color I pick. For example if I where to pick light orange, it would give me a yellowish color. It doesn’t bother me too much though. Over all, this is an ok product, it does its job and most of the issues are to do with the actual app, so I give it a 3 star review. ⭐️🥂

Spent way to much and worked less than 30 days

I bought the sand I guess my nephew got the same ones and now I have the app and can control his LEDs. The problem is I don’t want to. Is there a way to remove he’s LEDs from the little menu on my phone?

I grabbed these off of amozon for 6$ and it was worth it 100% but with the app it cuts out all the time for me and it will not connect but overall I love this it comes with a remote control for you don’t have to use your phone so over all a 9/10 for this product love it

Timer doesn’t work

Can someone please tell me how to get in touch with customer service. How can my kid use these lights with the remote control, and NOT USE THIS APP. No way to contact customer service listed on box or instructions.

It’s not the best my custom colors on the remote don’t work at all and when I started to use the app the colors got inverted so I had to go to my settings to change it and fix it

When I first opened the app some sort of instructions popped up that I was impatient and didn’t read. Now, I have absolutely no clue how to connect the lights to my phone. They do look great connected to the remote though.
