Can’t change language

When I changed the language to English when I went out of setting the language kept changing Back only when I went to add medications or take photos.

Good but...

This app do not follows my iPhone time, so after the change for daylight Saving Time yesterday, my app is now continuously 2 (yes two!) hours late!!!! So I always have to adjust each intake hour....
