MOI UAE provides smart services to be used by individuals and companies as well. The application provides services that covers three main sectors of the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates, which are the following:
1. Traffic and Licensing (Vehicles Licensing, Driver Licensing, Traffic Fines and Plates Services)
2. Civil Defense (Institutions Licensing, Trading Companies Licensing, Drawings Approvals, Prevention and Safety Procedures for Vehicles and Awareness and Training Services)
3. Police Headquarters (Criminal Status, E-Police in Your Mobile, Home Security and Prisoners Visit)
* The application provides much more miscellaneous smart services such as the Passport Renewal service.
In addition to the smart services, the application provides many smart features such as the nearest service center location as well as a ticketing service to book your appointments before heading to service centers. It also provides news and information about the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates.

Impossible to create an account without Emirates ID
The registration process without an Emirates ID makes it impossible to register. The verified mail has to be our username (there is no other choice) but we get error that the username cannot contain the symbol @. (All email contains this symbol) Please fix it!
Difficulty pressing pay button
Everything is fantastic regarding this application. I have been using it without hassle for the past 3-4 years, but recently I found out that the payment button don’t work smoothly.

Renewing drivers license
1. Unable to renew drivers license 2. Unable to update address My license expired, my file is located in Sharjah and I can’t even renew my license. No way to contact support. No notifications from Government about services being down or unavailable. Heavy application, slower than windows PC. Only positive is that it’s a great idea!
