Light won’t respond
So when I connect to the app with my light, I’m just stuck on Morse code. I can’t switch the light I can’t get solid light. I can’t adjust anything just Morse code. How can I fix this?

Can’t control light anymore
Tried connecting today and the app seems to connect however it will not control the light.
Won’t connect with iPhone 11
Lights connected fine with the app on my older iPhone. Won’t connect with iPhone 11. Email to support goes unanswered. I guess they made some money and have moved on. Better to go with LumeCube.
App connection times out
I’ve had this light for over a year now, and I rarely use it because the app can’t seem to connect it. When it has connected, it somehow tells me the firmware needs to be updated. So I update the firmware (to the same version that was already in place), then the app connection times out and doesn’t reconnect. Pretty useless app, and I’m disappointed with not being able to adjust the light temperature as a result of the useless app. The light itself is bright, but the other issue is that the battery drains crazy fast.
Great light app works well
Directions that came with the light were very clear and helped get me set up with the app.
