VERY dissatisfied. Can't find the templates that were supposed to be included. Did NOT import my calendar correctly. Wish I could get a refund.

Love the app…but
This app has been fantastic and I’ve really enjoyed it. However I can no longer type in the app. I can’t add a task or event. I tap on the task and the keyboard dose not come up. If I can’t use the app to add events and tasks. What’s the point of having a subscription?
Would be awesome but…
Would be awesome but I paid for premium and the app keeps “forgetting” so I CONSTANTLY have to restore purchase. Even several times during a single session using the app. Tried all the usual troubleshooting and have emailed support and still have gotten nowhere. It would be 5/5 stars but at this point it’s unusable bc of the issue. I’m extremely disappointed 😑
Just boring…
I have used Moleskine for decades, and I like the company, but Journey is boring and mechanical. There is the daily/weekly planner, the projects page, and then a blog. I don’t need or want the blog. There is no colour in the app, and how do you link events or projects. Just too simple an app for planning.

It would be nice to add more than one alert notification for events
Keeps crashing
Both the MacBook and iPhone apps crash and freeze every single time I open them. It's a ridiculous price for what they’re worth

I really like how journey can be customized to fit your needs.
They got my money already
Paid for a whole year subscription, then less than halfway through, find that they want you to consent to a new privacy policy that includes using, among other stuff, your browsing data. Not allowed to sign back in unless you consent.
Wish I could love it
This thing will not stay logged in. I have to restore purchase every single time. It is incredibly frustrating. I have emailed support 3 times. No dice.
App won’t allow me to cancel- buggy
I would like to cancel my account and delete my information. I have been trying to do so for weeks since I downloaded it, but every time I select cancel the app closes. I am not sure it is crashing, it feels like it’s intentional. I have left feedback with no response. This seems really untrustworthy to me and I would like someone to cancel my account and delete my information.
