Not fit for purpose
My local bus is not shown as an option making this totally useless as a journey planner. I have brought this to their attention at least twice with Zero communication from them. I want to be reimbursed.

It would be much better if it didn’t ram premium down your throat
The app generally works as expected however with recent updates it is now providing inaccurate real time information by up to two or three minutes - bad news if you are running for a bus and see it sail off leaving you stuck. My other gripe is the constant hard push for buying premium. The recent updates or should that be marketing pushes have now made it every time you open the app or change what service you are looking at it’s a full screen page SCREAMING use premium with nasty tactics of leaving the toogle on as if we are some dumb wits who can’t operate a button! STOP THIS HARD SELL ITS DAMAGING to your reputation and insulting to users!!!!!!! I don’t normally recommend other apps in my reviews but in London, the TfL a good app for buses Tubes DLR and is generally a good workhorse

Since update to new iOS the app just freezes when you plan a journey. Can’t scroll through for later times. A bit pointless now.

Seriously impressive app. Could be lost and have the confidence this would get me home from anywhere using public transport.
This used to be a good app
What happened? I was very happy to pay the subscription and then it just became more and more inefficient and downright useless. Then they gave two subscriptions the secret discount for 499 and the £19.99 one in the next round I went for the secrets subscription I didn’t get any data at all no matter what favourite bus stop I connected or selected. was that a secret discount? You get no data at all so you have to pay the £19.99 to get full data an absolute rip-off and it’s not very good for VoiceOver uses used to be good. It takes ages to load. It’s a really crappy app. I’ve just paid £5 for the year from £17 last year if I could delete the app from my iCloud I would. It’s a terrible app. I wish I could give it no stars. I’ve deleted it from my phone but I really need to if I can get rid of it altogether. I wish Apple could give that where you can delete apps that are no longer useful permanently from all your accounts and all your devices and from the iCloud.
Visual route and time table
The routs is ok needs to be updated to show more accuracy and the timing of the bus on its route is erratic. But other than that very good . The traffic hold ups must be taken into consideration as well .
Traditional Chinese interface
Many simplified Chinese were used in traditional Chinese interface. Poor feeling on readability.
Brilliant
Much easier than trying to look on the bus website for times and destinations.
