App needs some improvement Takes forever to delete files and drops WiFi while deleting all the time. I’ll have to start removing card and deleting on computer

I currently have an iphone 12. This app does not work if they deem your iphone is outdated. Last time i had an iphone x and after a while this app stopped working for me. I tried reinstalling the app and making sure the software on the phone was updated, no dice. I eventually ended up upgrading my phone to the iphone12. This appeared to fix the problem for about 1.5 years. Now it again does not work with my iphone. We know the camera still works because my husband can access it with his Samsung. This is a problem of an acciden occurs and my husband is not with me to be able to pull the footage. To be clear, the info at the top of the app says “connected to m6” but at the bottom it will say “wifi is off” even though connected on my iphone.

All that Money to buy and have installed. Worthless app. Support can’t be used to describe what you get from the company. Buyer beware!

The Wi-Fi is so slow to connect if it even connects at all. I’ve contacted customer service about updating the app and they won’t do it, with the app not working it renders the camera useless unless you put the memory card in a computer.

App needs to be updated to work properly and fit properly on the IPhone 14 Pro Max and newer.

Spent $650 on a dash cam and cannot even access the videos or get them on my phone! Extremely useless app, nothing works.

Read other reviews, should have listened. The app WILL NOT stay connected to the dash cam WiFi. I emailed the company because I called over and over again over 2 days and they won’t return my call. So I have no choice but to email. I mentioned in the email that they don’t answer the phone, it goes right to voicemail and the rep responded (the next day James W) to tell me that their phone lines are open from 8-5pst. I’ve tried 6 times over the course of 2 days, left several messages and the only response I got was 1 email. They suggested turning on airplane mode and trying to connect again. Didn’t work. They said if that didn’t work to format the sd card. Did that, didn’t work. Responded to the email to let them know it didn’t resolve the issue. 6 hours and counting , no response. Tried calling in between then and now, as I said, straight to voicemail. I have multiple devices at home including a printer and a Nikon camera which both use similar technology to transfer data but this camera just simply doesn’t work. All my other devices just switch on WiFi and connect to it, done, not this dash cam. And I’m not alone here guys, are you reading your reviews? This WiFi connectivity is a real issue. I’m going back to the install shop tomorrow and I’ll let them have a try at it. $500 to have this installed, should have trusted my gut and cancelled the install appointment. I want a refund, this is ridiculous.

I went to download the footage due to some items being stolen from my vehicle. The app keeps crashing every time I try to open it. At first I was able to download some footage. But after downloading only a days worth, the app decided it no longer wanted to work. My camera also is not giving off WiFi anymore. All that shows is a blinking red light and when I go to turn the WiFi on, it just makes the start up noise. This app needs a serious update if they want to continue to have customers who are happy with their product. I now have to hope and pray that my footage stays on my SD card so I can download it onto my computer.

Connection is awful . I would never recommend it .
