I’ve been using this app for a few weeks, and it’s totally improved how I document my client notes. Goodbye scattered Google Docs, hello simple audio recordings. I haven’t got clients using it yet, but plan to use it for assigning homework soon.
Moments makes journaling super easy. You can log your thoughts any time, any place. The instructions are clear, your entries are titled and summarized for you, and it has great added features…I especially enjoy the personalized and general questions the app creates for you.
This app has really helped me get in the habit of journaling! It makes it so easy and takes away so many of the excuses that I find myself using it all the time. I also really like the feature that summarizes my journal entries and gives me feedback about trends in my life that can be difficult to see myself.
