Momentum Money

I am not sure what the point of this app is as it doesn’t function. I have tried for the last few months and it doesn’t move passed the “we have added more security” page - just hangs. How do we check our balances and transact momentum??

No OTP received for online payments after complaining over a month ago to multiple support personnel. Its still broken btw. That should tell you all you need go know.

This app used to work perfectly, then all of a sudden it just stopped logging in. There is no way I can access my savings account now This is BS How can a company rely on only 1 way to access your account? This is the reason why you need at least desktop access, because when things break, the client can't access THEIR money

My app keeps refusing to open and I have not received OTP’s for online payments. Also no cash withdrawal option so very limiting when you want access to your own money! Phoned and emailed several times and not resolved. Frustrating

This app has been crashing for the last 2 days. I cannot even login.

Latest update 6.0.6 keeps crashing on IOS. Did update yesterday and have been unable to launch app since.

Send two emails with no response. Can’t open my app.

No fuss on your phone offering really good interest rate for money on call.

It says my profile is incomplete that’s why I can only see my balances. Yet there is not way how to verify or complete a profile. You are dealing with peoples money here - this isn’t a game, please be more transparent. I want to see transactions and calculations

This app is a complete con. Since rebranding from Multiply Money to Momentum Money, cash-backs / deposits into my Savings Account for purchases at Clicks and Pick n Pay have completely stopped and customer service just keeps passing the buck between the Money app / digital team and the Multiply rewards scheme. Stay away from Momentum Money and rather use a digital wallet app from a REAL bank, not that of a decades-old insurance company that is trying to stay relevant.
