Delhi Metro Rail app provides the customers of metro services with lot of useful information that helps in using the Metro Services. Following are the different sections in the app and the information available in them.
Route Between Stations- Selecting the starting and destination stations will display the user the Fares, Distance, Approximate Travel time, stations in between with change over station and the route map with plotting of the route on the map.
Station Info – Selecting a station will give you various useful information about the station like First and Last train timings, Platforms, Gates and directions, contact numbers, Tourist spots near that station, parking, feeder services etc.
Nearest metro station – This section will show you the nearest metro stations from your current place.
Other sections i.e. Tour guide, Metro Museum, Lost and found and Other info will give various other useful information to the user.

Booking Issue

This is the 3rd time in a row i paid for the ticket but after that QR doesn’t show always

Unable to load QR, even after payment

I booked a ticket from T3 to Rohini sector 18-19, on the app, but unfortunately in the tickets section I’m unable to see the QR Code, even after 90 rs being deducted. I had to buy the ticket again offline🥲 I’m using the latest version of the app as of today (16/6/24), on iPhone 13 with ios version 17.5.1. Requesting the developers to look into the issue.

Terrible App

Never saw such a terrible app. Please shut down this app. Waste of time and money.

Won't work , please never rely on it in emergency

The QR Ticket will not open and you will be struck on platform, metro staff also won't help

Fraud App

Booked the tickets on the app paid the money and QR code wasn’t shown on the application. Metro Help desk said we can’t help you out as this isn’t our official app. Lost money to this fraudulent application. This should be banned immediately.

Fake and scam

Please don’t buy anything from this app not even metro ticket. I book multiple tickets and app wasn’t working at all and after raising concern for refund they said you are suppose to raise issue within 1 hour of issue which is not mentioned anywhere. 1. Means app isn’t working is my issue 2. TAT of 1 hour which is not mention anywhere is my issue 3. Money can’t be refunded as per policy is my issue 4. No escalation department only automated reply no customer support is my issue What the actual scam is going on ?
