Kecewa Banget!
Download aplikasi ini pas nunggu di faskes katanya nanti abis periksa tinggal scan barcode aja, tinggi dong ekspetasi saya. Pas selesai USG & scan, ga muncul2 video & fotonya, padahal saat itu kondisinya anak saya lagi krusial karena harus rujuk feto. Tanya CS balesnya lama banget, bilang nanti mau di cek, tapi ga update-update info kalau ga saya follow up! Sampai 3 hari saya follow up terus baru bilang maaf. Alesannya karena saya ga minta sama petugas di ruangan buat rekam pake aplikasi ini, yaa mana saya tau? Toh saya diinfo salesnya cuma scan abis periksa, ga di edukasi sama salesnya kalau di ruangan harus minta langsung juga ke petugas, ga sedetail itu! Langsung uninstall deh.
USG Gak Masuk
Percuma bayar mahal-mahal kalau video gak masuk. Padahal moment USG kan yang ditunggu2, masa harus USG lagi, apa gunanya langganan aplikasi ini 🙂🙂🙂
