Not much on the menu. Add option to view camera and rename devices. Needs Apple Watch app. Would be really useful for Alexa integration.

Sound quality rubbish. 2nd number does not connect if 1st number is not available. Instead goes through some international number calling on 1st number. Absolutely stupid system. Needs to be fixed

We had our intercom system changed recently to intratone. Ever since, I’ve had nothing but problems, as has almost everyone else in our complex. Whenever anyone rings the flat, I answer the call via intratone app, but 9/10 times it automatically declines the call. Then 20 seconds later, I get a call from a French number. You can barely hear what the automated voice is saying. Avoid at all costs.

Despite multiple re-installations, the app shows “call declined” for the main building gate whenever I pick up the video call. Other gates work about 50 percent of the time. I don’t know if there is a glitch that hangs up while the phone is being unlocked through FaceID or similar, but the app is not usable for me. I did contact support months ago and never received a reply.

Had this system installed recently in our building, doesn’t work. I have not received a single call or notification, yet I can see missed calls when I go to the call history. Plus I wasn’t able to get out of the building this morning as the doors just didn’t open. Serious safety issue.

This is useless for me I am disabled on a top floor flat of 6 stories residents have vision of the front door but no sound what is the point of that? I have missed Asda deliveries missed chemist missed postman causing a lot of problems …

So convenient and effortless

The app's design and features are very well-made! But, the app often has bugs and glitches that make the positives essentially useless. The call sometimes ends on its own and the camera also doesn't work on some devices. It's even worse for people with older phones since it's more likely for them to get these issues; this is bad for people with older relatives. I would understand if they made the app recently but they have been here for a while so I'm not sure why they have issues so often. Hopefully, the company will sort out its coding and will polish their app soon.

Can’t connect to the camera unless someone calls. Can’t open the gate unless someone calls, which can be an issue for people getting out. If you miss the call you can’t call back or view the camera. Randomly get voice calls from a number in France if miss the call from the app, which then won’t allow you to speak to the person on the other end, and obviously not open the gate. Doesn’t alert on Apple Watch. Overall, pretty frustrating and feels very dated

Poor quality design both in user experience and interface with sub-par in-app feedback messaging and features such as no hierarchy in who gets notified of a caller so everyone with the app for a specific address gets called at the same time. If that happens and two people pick up that can somehow prevent anyone being able to answer. Needs a thorough UX/UI audit, technical stress test, and redesign to bring it up to scratch.
