Purchased honey not received
I purchased honey and money is deducted in my itunes, but I didn’t receive any honey..please give me an explaination
Chat limit
LOL, previously the advantage of Monchats was we can chat with new paired friends within a set period, now? Within 5 message sent, ya, even you can unlock with honey, or purchase the VIP, but the advantage of the apps has gone. Maybe the apps developer making a loss business, by the way, the old one is good.

Random Chat Bug
Random chat functioning well at first but I got stuck at the waiting list and there’s no any random chat been assigned to me. It still happening for a week or more until now even after contacting the Customer Service through FB messenger.
Features issue
A lot of people gave me like, but how to check those people? Can’t chat with them?

Already updated but still in card loading and can’t draw the card. Why? Fix it please
