My transfer has been sent for two weeks and I haven't received it yet. I contacted customer service several times, but I always didn't reply. You are almost a scammer platform. If you don't reply again, I will report your fraud to Google and Apple! Their solution reply was of no use because after sending an email to their customer service, no one replied.
Unfortunately they are telling they will refund my money but I didn’t get response for my money back , no telephone and no supporting !!
It took a little while but it worked, thank you for contacting them via email, thank you Monese for developing the application, thank you for me, yours was for me, security, but next time I will highlight, there are things that are easier to help with this I will thank you very much, thank you, see you soon
Very good account fast and secure
it’s my first experience of Monese. After I have reinstalled this app on my iPhone. I can’t login the my Monese. It told me that I can’t change my device within 30 days. But it has more than 50 days after signing up.
Tried to use the card. Asked over and over for account verification until I was blocked. They have my money. I don’t have access. No one to contact.

Seriously don’t bother!! New account new card .,., Card did not work anywhere so I contacted customer support & I’ve never deal with such idiots. They refused to acknowledge there was a problem & did not read my complaint properly & gave me generic answers. If that’s how it starts it would have only got worse. Tool my money out & went elsewhere. They took some fees but I’m just glad to have got away from the worst banking app I’ve ever used.
Top application, I am on love, so practical and efficient
You guys are a bunch of incompetent jerks. You should improve on your customer care and stop banning users for nothing. Your app asks for too many device access prompts. You all should learn a thing or two from Wise.
