O aplicatie foarte prosta, inutila! Trb sa folosesc tot ing sa platesc rata.

Informatii de baza si logare complicata. Nu se vad banii cu care se alimenteaza cardul imediat.. eu dupa 2 zile si un we de la transfer, inca nu vad alimentarea. Nu inteleg de ce tot apare asigurarea de somaj pe extras iar timpul de asteptare la call center este infernal
O stea pentru Credit Europe Bank
Dau o stea pentru Credit Europe Bank, pentru ca a legat instalarea aplicatiei de un beneficiu, iar detaliile complete ale beneficiului sunt ascunse intr-un PDF, pe la termeni si conditii, nu in zona in care prezinta aplicatia si oferta. Mai precis, am citit oferta, am instalat aplicatia, am facut o plata, si ma asteptam sa fie esalonata in 3 rate. Doar ca acest beneficiu se aplica doar incepand cu o zi dupa instalarea aplicatiei. Acest detaliu care in cazul meu a fost important, era specificat intr-un PDF de la T&C.
Nu se încarcă niciodată!
Am aplicația instalată și nu am reușit niciodată sa o deschid in adevăratul sens al cuvântului. Se încarcă la infinit… cealaltă aplicație de la voi, AVANTAJ2GO de asemenea nu merge de mai bine de un an… Nu am avut niciodată o experiența mai proasta cu aplicațiile bancare decât am avut cu CEB.
Conectare eșuată
Am introdus informațiile cerut in aplicație ,și aceasta se încarcă la infinit .
Nu funcționează
Completez datele in pagina de Identificare și acolo moare. Super utila aplicatia 🤣
