If only less focus was given on visual design and unnecessary aesthetics, and more on actual features and functionalities. Agency who helped you all design this app only did it to satisfy your “client ego”, and did a good job to justify why they charged you big money but this not solving any real world user problems. PLEASE provide an option to delete the account so I can get rid of it forever.
