I’ve been playing this game for years now and do enjoy it but get frustrated with the word setters ignorance, I’ve just filled in today’s with the clue “English Cities” the answers were Ipswich, Northampton and Halifax all towns and not cities and when they give the clue “British Landmarks” they’re always in London and the sport we invented was football not soccer
Each puzzle seems so hard. Then when I’ve looked at it awhile patterns are visible, then I can put words and phrases together. Often I don’t know any answers in the category (British composers) Or there are so many possibilities it seems impossible (European cities) but somehow it all works out. Don’t give up too soon, you can do it. So fun!
I have downloaded this game and also Red Herring and sadly it does seem that these games are not accessible to people like myself who are blind using VoiceOver. This really disappoints me big style because the developer has made games in the past accessible for us. Therefore it would be nice if continuity was to be achieved and therefore making them all accessible for us as they know how to and that they can’t do this. Please developer can we have these accessible as well.
I do enjoy this game, but get frustrated by not only having to just work the possible letter combinations for American-only answers (e.g. TV characters for shows not seen outside the US) but also that there are so many wrong answers. For example “English kings” includes “Philip” — there has never been a King Philip in the UK (Queen Elizabeth’s husband was only ever a Prince, and never a crowned king). There have been many more plainly wrong answers when it comes to non-US people, places, and foods, for example. Adverts have got longer (30 seconds is the norm), and are sometimes difficult to close when they’ve finished, but at least there are now 4 new puzzles each day.
Could you answer the question about an ad-free version? The ads are getting longer and longer and ever more irritating!

I enjoy the game but would prefer it to have more English things - particularly sports people and games
Really good app, but unfortunately too much American sport knowledge!
If it wasn't so American focused, we British could play it in 'Hard' mode. Looking at these reviews, it shouldn't be hard to recruit some English puzzle composers. You seem to have that for 'Seven'. ---------------------------// .\\------------------------------- They had to get commercial and try to sell you stuff or more accurately, bribe you to watch on the space they have sold. Well here is the thing I will NEVER watch those videos and I have now got such a downer on the app I shall probably delete it! I certainly will no longer recommend it. I have made exactly the same comments for the same reasons, about 7 Little Words too. UPDATE: The has got worse and too intrusive. I liked playing this but now I HAVE DELETED IT!
I really love this puzzle and complete it every day My only gripe is the questions are predominantly geared for thd US market Could a UK version be produced like Seven Little Words? Thanks
