Photo of the Day
I really love the photo of the day. I love photography and I love taking photos that I want to remember about the day. I feel like the photos keep me grounded and remind me of what’s really important in my life.

I meditate pretty regularly with other apps like Waking Up. And I feel like I “learn” things in the process. But I forget too. And so I started telling Monograph what I was learning and what I really wanted to hold on to. I really didn’t know how this would work. At the same time though I was going through the practices the app offers that helped me understand more about my relationships and what makes me tick. As a result I had a tool that could help me better live how I really wanted to - something that could for instance combine the ideas about what relationships matter most to me with deep insights about awareness and provide some help as I made big or small life decisions. Pretty unique and pretty special
Monograph has quickly become one of my favorite apps. It’s more than just a journaling tool; it’s like having a pocket-sized therapist that’s always ready to help me reflect and unwind. The insights it offers are spot-on, guiding me to think deeper about my day, my emotions, and my priorities. What I love most is how calming the entire experience is. From the thoughtful prompts to the soothing design, everything about Monograph encourages mindfulness. It’s helping me build a daily habit of journaling, which has made a difference in how I approach challenges and manage stress. Monograph is truly a must-have. Or at least a must-try, so give it a go and see what happens.
I’d come up with every excuse not to sit down at the end of the day, take a breath and look back on moments I’m proud of or want to remember. Monograph made it easy, approachable and like the warm presence you get from a therapist but in a digestible, manageable way. 10/10!
I’ve been using monograph as a beta tester and it’s the most thoughtfully crafted tool of this kind that I’ve found. Keep it up!
This app truly makes a meaningful difference in my life. It understands me and helps me makes connections I would not have thought of and gives me deeper understanding both when I’m using the app and everyday conversation. It is a delightful way to capture my memories and give me a better understanding. Highly recommend!!
I’ve never experienced anything quite like this AI app. Like many anxious people, I am interested in mindfulness, gratitude journaling, and trying to make sense of things. But I’ve never been able to talk to my journal and have it offer its own ideas. I have found Monograph to be helpful at centering me, especially when I’m having a tough day. I am curious how it will grow and change with me over time.
Big fan of this application of AI - it’s making me a better human, a side kick to my daily needs, and using technology for good. I know it’s just a beta but I can’t wait to see this app expand and grow. I’m so thankful it exists and I found it.
Monograph has thought provoking exercises that have genuinely helped me in my life and relationships. The photo a day feature is super fun and makes a great visual journal to reflect on my life. The app has a great visual tone and voice, and is super vibey. Wholeheartedly recommend!
I already love it, it has become part of my daily routine. I feel very comfortable having such healthy feedback.
