The worst app ever, such a shame

how does a company that’s as big as Monoprix have such a terrible App and website? can they not afford it or what exactly? it doesn’t even function well. After you download the app and create an account they tell you to wait 24 hours before you can get a code. Its something that’s automated so how does that even make sense? why do I have to wait 24 hours? so instead of purchasing something right away I have to wait 24 hours and then come back to purchase it. honestly this makes me not wanna even deal with Monoprix in general for not caring about customer service or even making an app that’s user-friendly.

Extremely disappointed. This App is nothing but a huddle and frustrating. Simply this is dysfunctional

Even with the new update you failed to fix the issue where the barcode is not showing.

Fix it or remove it, I tried to make an account not working, so many bugs. Before I even start ordering.

when i log in it said my email not exist when i sign up said my number is exist when try to sign in after reset password said your email not exist when try to sign with phone number said please fill available email ! how is this ?!!

I wanted to love this, but it is the worst app in the world. I have tried for 5 days to get the OTP, at different times of day, using wifi, using data, uninstalling, reinstalling, tried linking to social media…. You name it and I’ve tried it and nothing has worked to allow me to setup an account. Carrefour will continue to have my major shopping business since their app actually works.

The app is filled with bugs starting with undeliverable OTP to hanging on the dial with no means for cancelling or navigating out ending with an error message after couple of restarts jsp. This should not be even a beta release. Get your money back from whoever developed this app for you.
