Core game not bad but very mobile.

So it’s Pokémon with timing which is pretty cool. I have won a couple fights and lost a couple by half a mon, nothing has felt unbalanced. The biggest problem here are the shameless mobile tactics. Imagine playing Pokémon and you can only level up your mons from loot boxes every 20 mins. Nothing like game design that makes you put the game down. The pvp is pretty fun but the entire thing is ruined by heavy handed sales tactics, this could have been really good. You guys were so close, why ruin every thing you’ve done here with the most in your face sales tactics you could find? Thank you to the devs for responding. playing more I have actually come to embrace the limited rewards a bit as it makes you take breaks. The new problem with this is I very much enjoy the core game but when I have three boxes and no more big boxes and I get a hankering to play the game the only thing I’ll do is push into unbalanced matches as I can’t level and other players are already ahead of me. I have run into a couple matches now where all of the opponents mons are one level higher than mine. This is in gold 3 and that’s not to say I haven’t won a match this way but it’s heavily favoured against me. I fully believe that updating the rewards system will do wonders but the game is worth checking out as is as long as you’re aware you’re going into something casual/ pay to win. Edit: every four out five games is now against players two levels higher than me and it is misery. Final edit: well you guys have had more than enough time to figure this out. Would have been really easy to just add a non ranked mode. Every SINGLE game is now against players higher level than me in this "skill based" game. I only que up to lose score now. What a shame, you guys almost had a really good game here but greed got the better of you. Stay far away from this one unless you plan to dump some money. Costs 3k gold just to EVOLVE never mind another level. Deleted.

Such a waste

Pokémon but you control timing. Sounds like the perfect game, unfortunately the match making is so wide in terms of levels and evolutions, it’s unplayable. I understand it influences players to tilt and spend to win, it’s effective but dirty. So close, yet big flop. This one really is a shame.
