Often the picture freezes or the picture is blurry. Very disappointing when you just want a reliable option to watch your team play.

Can’t select the full a screen button on Apple TV

The app is glitchy. When i try to stream through my TV the picture quality is atrocious. They prioritize basketball over hockey, and will just abandon streaming hockey any time there is a Wizards game on. This is service is a constant disappointment even years into its development.

Several issues. First problem is the constant nagging to enable notifications. I do not want them, stop asking. Every time I open the app it asks. If there’s a new version of the app it signs me out. I have to decline notifications, sign in, and then decline notifications again. Just stop. Lots of airplay issues. When doing from the Mac you lose about a third of the screen with borders. On the iPad it frequently disconnects when there is a notification, when the iPad screen goes to sleep, and when attaching the power. Why is it so difficult to start streaming the game I want? The app never updates the date so it shows me games from dats ago. It’s a confusing mess. Do I tap on the game panel or the “live” button? It’s even odds as to which one will work. What a mess.

The only thing that works with any attempt to join Monumental Foul-ups is the charges to your account. So if you can’t watch your local team and sign up to Monumental Sports…you now pay a monthly fee to not be able to watch your team. AVOID THIS MESS

You have to jump through hoops to login in (apple devices) and then you sometimes get a set your location. Tried it with app, web, and on tv. Cannot set location therefore cannot watch games. Very disappointing; cancelled subscription.

Where to begin? I have to re-send the email to connect my TV provider EVERY TIME I open the app on my phone or on the Android app on Google TV. When streaming or casting from my phone, if I even think about leaving the app, the whole stream crashes. Since moving back to the DC area (where Caps games are blacked out on ESPN+) I have had to battle with this app on a nearly daily basis. Please Monumental, get a better team behind your streaming apps ON ALL PLATFORMS.

The only good thing this all does it show sports. The in app experience is painful and buggy and the account verification process is just embarrassing. Please Ted, fix it.
