Last time I have almost completed the application with its app (to the stage of send me the card) but I stopped because I would be out of town for two weeks. Then, I come back to proceed again but cannot go back to change to my new address, as I have moved.

Cannot receive debit card on time. After the arrival time expired, still cannot reorder for the card just because of some silly bugs: after clicking the reorder button, no response at all.

Nonsense Virtual Bank concept

Declined my application due to credit check ... is it useful for Monzo, if no one lending money, bank will not exist , can’t make money. Also, it’s not the priority to check client to open Monzo account. You may just use the debit card and only can use available account money.. so what’s for credit check. Stupid check with no brain policy setup.
