Worst digital bank I have ever encounters
After fighting to get to speak to a real person for weeks in end, they failed to offer me any service. My aunt recommended monzo to me as she is an investor and uses it herself, I am absolutely shocked at the level of disinterest from Monzo @Monzo
Great App
Easy to use and understand! Potential bug though, when closing the app on my iPhone, as one would do with all other apps, it crashes and brings me back to the home screen, instead of allowing me to continue to close other apps too. Nothing serious, just something that can be fixed.

Easiest bank ever
By far the most efficient and surprisingly trustworthy “bank” I’ve come across. I travel a lot but based in the UK and it just makes my life so much easier. Transferring money for work and withdrawing and paying overseas is an absolute treat. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for an easy to use and reliable online bank!

This app allowed me to get an account very easily when I moved to the UK. It better than anything I have ever used before. Features like bill splitting make it leaps ahead of any other banking app. I have also just returned from Asia where drawing cash and using my card was an absolute breeze. Highly recommended.

For a bank that relies solely on their application, Monzo is phenomenal. As a student that changes houses every year, it is very convenient. I recommend Monzo to every single person. Easy to manage, especially as your contactless payments are immediate.
