All I’m doing now is responding when the app tells me to. Tap a few balloons describing how I feel. Write a note If necessary. How is this helpful? I could’ve write out a quick note with more useful correlations between events and how it affected me emotionally and mentally, which would be more useful in substantiating my nebulous emotions and thoughts. And I could use that in planning an appropriate response when it happens again. What does this app do?
