Cela fait 2 jours que j’ai débuté le programme, c’est encore trop tôt pour me prononcer sur les résultats mais l’application est bien quoique un peu fouillie par certains aspects

Application intéressante qui permet de comprendre petit à petit ce qui se passe et les étapes à réaliser pour retrouver la paix du sommeil. J’apprécie le côté en douceur pour nous amener à effectuer de petit changements dans nos comportements

Une méthode motivante pour retrouver le sommeil

Je viens de recommencer la méthode, j’avais fini le programme mais beaucoup de choses étaient restées en attente. Il m’avait aidé dans un premier temps à m’endormir plus facilement et à me sentir moins coupable et plus motivée sur mon chemin pour dire adieu aux insomnies. Il me reste maintenant à travailler sur les réveils nocturnes encore trop nombreux !

Je n’ai pas encore fini la démarche mais le fait d’avoir une approche pas a pas , a l instar d’un coach est très stimulant Jusqu’à présent les appli de sommeil étaient surtout de la méditation ( donc de l’action ) mais sans forcément prendre le problème dans son ensemble en analysant les causes profondes .. A suivre
