Can’t believe there is no longer any way to access free-to-use limited activities that StretchMinder offered. Very disappointing behavior that is pushing people out of using a what used to be a very helpful app.

I really like the Moova app. I’ve been using it for a year and will keep using it. It’s very flexible and you can set it up to remind you to exercise and stretch as often as you want. You can choose target areas you want to emphasize and switch to a different area any time you want to. It’s been very helpful in getting me up and moving several times a day.

Don’t Like App After Update

Activity Break history is now only available for a week. More importantly, my Activity Breaks are not showing in the Activity Break summary. My goal is one break a day, but despite taking at least one break a day, it has been showing as 0/1 everyday. Despite my breaks showing in my Active Hour history. I reported this bug on 09/21 but the issue hasn’t been resolved, and I didn’t receive any sort of response to acknowledge my message. I’m very disappointed because I just started my annual subscription about a month ago, and I wish I could get my money back.

I used to use this app every day but I really hate some of the recent updates. I do not want to track my “Active Hours”, that isn’t what I downloaded this app for and it’s really demoralizing to log in and be scolded that I am “very sedentary”. Tracking active hours should be a separate app, or at least you should be able to disable this feature. I have a busy schedule and I do not want to worry about trying to get consecutive hours. I also hate how I can no longer see my history of how many stretches I’ve completed. You used to be able to see a whole month and now you can only see the current week, so there’s less of a sense of maintaining a streak. Finally, something is wrong with how the exercises are randomized. It used to cycle through all of my selected exercises but now almost every time it gives me the chest opener exercise, or sometimes it tells me to “take a walk” (which I have disabled in settings so I should never even see that option). The randomization was a huge feature to me because it prevents me from overthinking what I should do. But it’s been totally busted for months. I originally loved this app enough to find the price it worth it, but now I rarely use it anymore because it just isn’t doing what I bought it for. Will definitely not be renewing my subscription and honestly wish I could get a refund.

Loved the app until just today. I had my favorite listed and every time I get an alert to move, it’s everything except my favorite! I hate this app now and will be finding a different one!

some improvements needed

1. Vibrating alert needed (both for starting of a break and finishing of walking). The sound alert will stop any audio playing on the phone, and there’s no vibration on silent mode. 2. App lag behind when running in the background during walking break. After reaching preset steps and switching back to the app, despite it showing walking finished, the audio cue still says “time: xxx minutes, xxx more steps to go”.
