The Worst Bus Tracking App
This app is extremely inconsistent in suggesting routes. I searched up a route to my work from the other night and it told me to leave at 9:12 am. But as I got ready and left my home at 9:12 am, I went on the app again and it completely showed a different list of routes with much much later times - and the route it showed last night completely disappeared. Been having so many problems with this app’s route suggestions like lagging, freezing, and yet so many unnecessary ads showing up while searching for routes. This app was so good back then but now it has become more ridiculous. It made me late for work and have to pay for Uber. Never recommend this to anyone, Google has been doing better. I would’ve given you 0 stars if I could.

Notifications have improved and virtually all buses and coaches in NSW included.
Great app
Update 15/10/24… this used to be a great app but now it’s filled with ads that you cannot exit from (even after watching… the one for woodoku is the worst) I get that you want people to pay for “premium” but forcing these ads upon everyone using the app is more likely going to force people to look elsewhere This is one of, if not the, best app for public transport use! Accurate and reliable.

Brilliant app for someone with public transport anxiety. Very accurate. The ads pop up constantly & will make me miss a stop. Wish I found it sooner!
Friend almost died because of ads
The ads popping up constantly caused my friend to be trapped in a place he didnt know and it was a quite unsafe area. My friend was often targeted by a gang member or I think he was and because of lack of battery (my fault because I called him without much warning to come over) his phone died when he tried to use Moovit but the reason he risked it was so he could look at the map but because of an ad he couldn’t even do that, this ad was seemly unskippable in the time he had. Luckily someone helped him I think. Unless he somehow got back home using magic.

Ads ads ads
I paid for subscription and still I am plagued by ads. The buses are not accurate for my area, and after buying subscription for live bus tracking I find almost all buses apparently don’t have it available! I just missed my bus because I left the app running in the background so I can open to check quickly my bus information and instead got stuck closing ads!!!! Waste of money but fine for a free app.
