Siempre retrasada
El colmo introduzco el la máquina en efectivo 1,25$ y paso la targeta por un 1,00$ y pues me cobraron de la targeta 2,25$ ósea que aparte de que no sirven prestando un servicio público también roban que maravilla total espera 3 horas la maldita ruta y me roban el colmo voy a ir hasta donde sea que estén para que me den una explicacion lógica de por qué el transporte me cobro 3,50$
Worse than useless. Returns incorrect data.
The title says it all. I’ve been using this app in Madison, Wisconsin for a year. Maps.google is better - - and free.
Far too many ads
I’ve used Moovit many times and recently the ads have become unbearable. It’s hard to use the app anymore. I get that they want to push you to get the paid version but showing an ad after every click is a little over the top.

Lies sometimes
Use to work good now it basically lies about a bus coming in 2 minutes meaning it’s 20 instead they forgot to add an extra zero . Been going on for 2 years now
The only accurate app
this is the only accurate app i’ve tried . I never rate apps but this one deserves it
Not useful to me for route map even but I am a tourist
I was looking to find a map for bus 1253 but all searches led only to this app which could not provide me even just that. Adding stop to create trip plan was also not intuitive like google map and as it uses Ad for funding so I ended up clicking more if not only just on ads than buttons for the app but I am tourists so perhaps locals and frequent users have found a way of adopting to this app. Bus map is basic info and should be wildly available. Ticket rules too.
No Metric only imperial
Not good enough for my use, being forced to use imperial measuring isn’t doing it for me. I am with the rest of the world, give me metric imperial is too imprecise, no good will ditch this app try out another! Won’t Turn off stays active, don’t need another juice sucker on my phone.
Terrible Optimization
This is one of the most horribly optimized apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Every time I open the app, it immediately slows my phone to a snail’s pace. I’ve never had this problem with any other apps. It’s also horribly laid out, an absolute mess of an app.
