They will overcharge and double charge you then not reply to emails

Ended ride at 39 minutes. They have you fill out random information when the ride has ended, to waste more of your time. They scammed me another 10 minutes. They then ban me after I complained so I lost my remaining balance with no refund. Complete scammers. Don’t trust this company.

Entered wrong country code +1 instead of +63 with my Globe number. Cannot finish the verification code and it does not give me a way to correct country code. Hopefully Moovr staff will see this and reach out to me.

The app is buggy and doesn’t support neither form of payment. Tried every possible way us card, ph card - no payments go through. GCash is not supported

I was penalized with “riding in the sidewalk” by the Moovr staff when he saw me WALKING and PUSHING the scooter. He went and got my scooter number and left without even asking me. How was I supposed to park the scooter on the proper parking area then?

Kids 7yrs old below should be allowed with adult to ride.

Do not use this app people! Ban us scamner app! We do not need your services! better ban us than to charge your stupid fines.
