App doesn't work at all for my Czech number, how are we supposed to get to our car when it's behind locked doors?:/

How to start using the Moovy app:
1) Sign in with your phone number. Verify your login with a code sent to your phone.
2) Fill in the information:
- car registration number
- payment card details
- e-mail address (receipts for parking fees are sent by e-mail)
3) Activate automatic number plate recognition
Parking in Moovy’s camera-equipped parking facilities requires no action from you; the parking starts and ends automatically.
The parking fees are charged to the payment card linked to Moovy, usually on the next day.

Ensin ajetaan korvaavat palvelut alas, jonka jälkeen nostetaan palvelumaksut ylös. Loppuu itseltä käyttö, ja suosittelen samaa muillekkin.

Ei voi lopettaa pysäköintiä parkkihallissa manuaalisesti, jos on esim vahingossa väärän auton rekisterinumero Ja tänään, kun halusin lopettaa pysäköinnin, aletaan kyselemään puhelinnumeroa ja vahvistuskoodia.. Ehkä ne voisi kysellä joskus muulloin

Moovyyn pystyy rekisteröimään vain yhden käyttäjän / auto. Eli jos ajat vaikka puolison kanssa samalla autolla, niin vain toinen voi maksaa pysäköinnin. Sovelluksesta ei pysty vaihtamaan maksajaa. Aika kökkö piirre. Muuten tää kai toimii ihan ok. Ei vain voi käyttää kun autot on puolison sovelluksessa jo.
Palaute
Vaikea juuri enää parantaa kun oppii rek nro sisään pääsyn. Kun vain hinnat pysyisi koht. Eikä tehtäisi käyttöä vaikeuttavia muutoksia muutosten vuoksi.
Terrible service
I wouldn't choose to use this app if I had another option. Our company has a parking contract in Tampere, and yesterday I encountered an issue: the gate opened fine when I entered, but on my return, the Moovy app showed no ongoing parking, so I couldn't see the entry code. There was also no indication that payment was needed. When I tried to leave, the gate didn’t open. It turns out a valid bank card is required, despite our company's contract. After a frustrating call with customer service, I was charged 20 euros for a service our company already covers. Great value!
Hieno palvelu moovylla
On kyllä mahtavan toimiva tämä moovyn järjestelmä. Meillä on kaksi autoa ja asumme keskustassa, missä parkkipaikat ovat tiukassa. Moovyn 24/7 parkkihallipaikka on meille oikein sopiva, kun siinä voi vielä halutessaan vaihtaa hallipaikkaan toisen automme, kun ajaa toisen ulos.
