Mopar Owner's Companion Reviews

Sucks…

jpnhc on

This app used to be “almost” great. I could look at a bunch of information about my truck. Now that this app forced me to download a Ram specific app I can’t do hardly anything on this app. The Ram app doesn’t even have 5% of the information or options that this app had. Get it together Mopar!

Can’t register an old Jeep

DeeGee13 on

United States

You can register your Jeep by typing in the last 8 digits of the VIN, but it won’t recognize a 1998 Jeep. Not great.

Too bad it’s going away

T Frustrated with app on

This was a great app to look up things for my 4 Mopar vehicles. Now it is forcing to new apps that are garbage without a subscription. New apps don’t show two of my cars and won’t let be so much without paying a subscription fee. No thanks. Extend this app or fix the others.

Screwy apps

tesnevo on

United States

So I have a Ram Truck/Jeep/Dodge Durango You have to download all 3 version of the apps (Ram-Dodge-Jeep) now separately. Even then when you log into them separately it will take you to the first one you downloaded and you can’t set up different accounts for each Brand. Also when you set up/add a NEW VEHICLE in the garage it won’t recognize the VIN number. Lastly the map feature to locate and set a preferred dealer doesn’t work!!!

DONT MOVE THE MANUAL TO THE NEW APP

Way to alienate Mopar owners!

Nice job making ALL apps a pay subscription without notice!

Mopar is better than this!

What do you think you’re doing?!?! You are loosing so much money by switching to all subscription biased service! No one wants SiriusXM or Uconnect guardian! These apps need to be free like they have always been!

Gotta log in EVERY time? WHAT?

you dont teally care on

United States

Have to re-log in every time you open the app. Nope…don’t care how good the app might be…logging every time you open the app isn’t acceptable.

Buggy

Select menus that don’t work (no content); inability to close the software keyboard even when it obstructs important UI elements like a ‘Continue’ button; grayed out buttons even if there’s nothing to do; etc. Pretty fundamental usability issues. I’ll update this if it changes!

Vin scan

The vin scan does not work on my iPhone. Very disappointing
