LOADING TAKES WAY TOO LONG

so I just installed this because my other addons app had the EXACT SAME ISSUE so the issue is right when I download something it gives me an ad then it says Install add-on and then my screen freezes and I can’t press it

It okay i don’t really get it tho

I don’t get what we do once pressed a mod i need more info. So can someone help me? And i really wanna play with this but can’t again bc i don’t know what to do. but i get it a 4 bc it tells what the mods we can turn in can do.
