Desde el principio mal. No va con fluideza, se laga mucho y muchas cosas no cargan… 👎🏼

No funciona, me la he instalat i no em deixa ni entrar.

Depende del apartado en el que entre por ejemplo en la wishlist se cuelga todo el rato y no deja hacer scroll de una manera normal. Casi siempre va muy lenta.

Cute clothes, bought from here a few times and have been satisfied with the quality, however the app makes it impossible to browse/shop sometimes because it’s extremely glitchy. Sometimes I cannot see my favourited items, and the app also fails to display any of the products sometimes, instead it will just say “no products found” I love the clothes Motel has but sometimes I just can’t be bothered to browse as I can’t use the glitchy app!!

I love motel rocks it’s probably my favourite clothing brand but I am constantly getting agitated by the fact that I can’t shop. The app and the website is so glitchy. You can’t see half the colours for clothing and have to press a plain white area in order to select other options for colours. The website glitches and I can’t press or scroll on anything so I have to reload the whole website and start all over!!! The app is limited to sections compared to the website so I can’t find things as easily but overall so glitchy. I am so fed up of it and i’m at the point where I’m going to give up shopping here! It’s not just me so please get it fixed. Thank you. p.s a suggestion/request, instead of having a continuous page for scrolling separate it to multiple pages if that makes sense because It might just be me but i get tired of just scrolling and scrolling plus when the website glitches then it goes right to the start and i have to scroll for ages until i get back to the place I was at, which is a frequent occurrence that gets annoying! Sorry to be a bother I hope I didn’t come of super rude I just love the shop and hoping it would be fixed. Thank you 💗

so easy to use and the layout is stunning all the clothes are amazing although would be better to include more detail on material for all clothing!

Very glitchy and hard to use, when scrolling it shows the items multiple times, and that’s when it actually manages to scroll or change tabs

my basket items are not showing, and my wishlist says it's empty even though i can see hearts next to my favourited items. on top of that, when the wishlist does work, it sorts from oldest to newest. a complete lack of attention has been put into this app, i wish it worked better.

always so laggy bruh. if the shopping part of the website works, the basket doesn’t work and vice versa. most of the time super dysfunctional and doesn’t correct itself when you swipe up and reload the app! i love motel rocks though, they j need to hire new app designers

Currently I can’t see my wishlist items (so what’s the point favouriting things if it just disappears) and all items in my basket don’t appear and they’re just zeros. Worst shopping app I have used, which is interesting considering the clothes are more expensive/not as many discount codes. Why should it be an effort to purchase clothes? I’m not going to go out of my way to buy things when the whole experience is a faff. I suggested making improvements to make the app actually useable, and you might generate more revenue.
