Manage tasks, build better habits, and achieve goals - all in one simple app.
Motidayt combines task planning and habit tracking in a single, simple to-do list. Plan, prioritize and manage everything you want to achieve - daily habits, short-term tasks and long-term goals - in one place.
** Manage Tasks with Ease **
No more overflowing inboxes or complicated scheduling - with Motidayt you can prioritize and manage tasks in easy to understand timeframes. Just tap a button to reprioritize, or drag and drop from one timeframe to the next.
For tasks that DO need a date, you can easily schedule and review them in Motidayt's calendar. Calendar tasks are seamlessly integrated with the to do list so you'll never miss a thing.
• Easily plan and prioritize tasks by timeframe - day, week, month, year, or lifetime
• Review scheduled tasks with built-in calendar
• Repeat common tasks at planned intervals or only as needed
• Optionally hide future tasks so you can focus on the present
** Build Better Habits **
Most habit trackers focus on maintaining daily streaks… that's fine for short, easy habits like flossing but terrible for others (would you really plan to go to the gym every day of the week?)
Motidayt tracks habits based on realistic, achievable weekly goals so you can make progress, reach your goals and stay motivated. See streaks for how many weeks you've reached your goals, whether it's meditating five days a week or working out for just three.
• Set realistic, achievable weekly goals for habits and track progress
• See daily & weekly streaks in real time (optional & customizable)
• Check stats for all-time achievements and long-term progress
• Track and build habits on the same screen as your to do list
** Built for Productivity **
Motidayt is based on productivity fundamentals from respected sources like James Clear's "Atomic Habits" and David Allen's GTD - daily habit tracking, prioritized task management, and most importantly - simplicity and focus. All the essential features you need to get more done, without distraction.
• Reminder notifications at the times YOU choose
• Home screen widget so you'll always know what's next
• Light or dark mode
• Distraction-free, minimal design
** Level Up Your Life **
Here are just some of the ways people are using Motidayt:
• Habit tracking for productivity, self-care, fitness and more
• Weekly, monthly and yearly goal setting
• Achieving New Year's resolutions
• Tracking supplements
• Daily reminders for simple tasks and chores
• Building morning routines
• And more!

I have been enjoying this outstanding app that is keeping me on track and helping me to be more productive! I have used many apps in the past for tracking habits and goals but this is the only one that I am continuing to use. What makes this app appealing to me is its uncluttered, clean, intuitive design and interface. I love the simplicity to move and reorganize tasks by priority by dragging and dropping tasks and one list to expand for longer term tasks or collapse for shorter term tasks and goals. The widget is also a very nice design feature that keeps me on track!
I had a few questions for the developer and received an immediate response which was very helpful. Thanks to the developer for the support and I look forward to continuing to use this app with its innovative and user-friendly features to help me be more productive!
Best To Do List app, trust me, I’ve tried them all….
This is hands down the best to do list type app that I have found and trust me, as a person with late diagnosed ADHD. I have been looking forever and tried them all. One of the things I like about this app is that it helps build habits without making you feel overwhelmed. Also, the apps creators are very responsive and open to suggestions. I will be using this app for a very long time.
Awesome!
Super underrated app that deserves attention! Here’s why:
1. ACTIVE DEVELOPER
Sent feedback + developer followed up immediately the day after with clarifying questions, which shows an attentive dev who is actively trying to improve their app
2. SIMPLE
Has todays page, habits, easy to use UI, 24 or 12 hour time, moving late to do to today — important parts of a to do app!
Brand-New App For Me
I just downloaded this app. I am looking for something to help me with my 3 forms of brain damage — multiple (lost count) moderate to severe concussions, a near fatal brain infection, & new executive function issues after Covid. My goal is to stay out of a nursing home for as long as possible. I will post a new review when I know whether it helps me function better & if so by how much. Currently I know nothing at all about what I can expect. Any information, from the designer or from users, would be helpful.
Thanks for this beautiful application
Thanks again, and hope you guys keep working hard to make this beautiful application more better.
My Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max (latest iOS)

Great app
Love it
fairly good access with voiceover
pretty good for it a motivation and task manager. The only thing I couldn’t get to work properly was the swipe gesture with voiceover.
Not worth the subscription fee
This is a very very basic “habit tracker” to be asking for $5 a month. There are barely features in this app to ask for five dollars. tickTick, which is my favorite to do list and has a very basic habit tracker is only three dollars a month. It has way more features, to do list calendar, timer, habit tracker, nagging alerts etc. This app can barely be considered a habit tracker, it’s just a clicker should be free or at least 3.99 one off price
My brain loves Motidayt!
I’ve tried a handful of other productivity and scheduling apps over the years but have always fallen off for one reason or another. Some had costly monthly subscriptions, others were cumbersome to navigate and I didn’t like their UI.
I’ve been using Motidayt for a couple of weeks now and I’m already noticing a difference in how my brain is working. I have issues with working memory and executive functioning so it has been really helpful having such an intuitively designed app as my brain’s copilot. It takes me about 5 seconds to create a task that I need to remember so I’m not trying to juggle too many thoughts and am not forgetting things as much. I love how clicking the “today” option collapses all the other headers so I can focus on the smaller stuff before expanding my weekly and monthly goals. It keeps me from getting overwhelmed.
I use the daily habit tracker to encourage me to meet my weekly fitness goals and to not engage with video games and other distractions until I’ve accomplished all of my goals for the day. I’m super happy with this app and can recommend it both in general and for folks who may have similar brain struggles as me.
it's very good
UPDATE based on developer response: I've been told that the app does backup to iCloud weekly and that the documentation reflecting this will be updated. For me, this jumps the app up to 5 stars. Thanks for the information.
I like it a lot. Great that you can combine tasks and habits and have flexible or precise due dates. It's a reasonable price and I really like that it's per year and not monthly. One thing I think can be improved is having to go into settings and manually backup instead of it all being automatically backed up or synced to iCloud.
