I adore this app, but struggle to get my head around its capabilities. It’s another app I’m paying for, but can’t utilise it’s full potential. I’m a big social media user who wants this to be apart of his daily Arsenal, but need more guidance. Normally I simply search on YouTube and find a deluge of videos, but not here. Can anyone point me in the direction of a in-depth review/tutorial on how to use this app please?
After using this app for a month, I still don’t understand how it works. This app has the worst design I’ve ever seen. The features are confusing, seems like everything was randomly created, without any logic. The app just doesn’t make sense and it’s hard to understand. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, it’s no worthy.
I’ve tried to get support but no response. This app is so tricky to use. The packs don’t load. Rendering fails. You can’t switch between some of the animations easily. So far I’ve managed to export one project so won’t be renewing and feel a bit ripped off if I’m honest.
Can even use it
Paid for pro so had access to all packs, now there are additional packs I still have to pay for ? Also app is now unusable as splash screen for new packs won’t disappear ?? A lesson in how to destroy an amazing app and annoy your loyal user base!!

A great design and animation tool. Proper little hidden gem!
I subscribed to pro expecting updates with fresh new content every two weeks. I was hoping to get new text animations every two weeks in the live packs. Not had any notifications if there has been a drop so I look in the pack and nothing has been updated in over a month so have cancelled. The UI is also pretty clunky and not very intuitive. Would like to see more improvement around this. Especially around the 4 scene builder, as it feels lost within the asset library. It’s not an asset, it’s an independent feature. There are some great transitions but I can see they’ll get tired and overused in no time. Gotta keep it fresh.
I absolutely love the new cool pro features in this app. Best design animation tool out there. Really buzzy animations, smooth design and my content looks so professional. So happy to have found plays for my business, saving me a fortune on marketing and I get to be creative and put my own stamp on what I make and it’s really simple to use.
PLAYS is a cut above the average message animator app allowing true customisation and control of individual graphic elements. Those bored with the limitations of general run of the mill packages will find this refreshing and engaging! As ever going ‘pro’ unlocks a host of interesting features with new collections to be added on a regular basis.
