Cuando estás viendo o filtrando productos, no te deja volver atrás. Muchas veces no hay flecha y tienes que retroceder al inicio
Pedido que no llega
Tengo que ponerlo por aquí ya que me quejo y llamo y no hay manera, pedí unas botas el 26/11 y estamos a 28/12 y todavía no han llegado… supuestamente llegaban a tienda el 11/12… llamo y no cogen, mando mensajes desde la app y nada, y el botón de CHAT no se para que está porque le pulsas y no hace nada… un desastre… no creo que vuelva a comprar por aquí…

Muy practica , mucha calidad y muy buen precio.
Todo OK…pero.
La aplicación está muy bien, puedes consultar sin problemas todo su inventario y stock en cada tienda, tus puntos, tus favoritos, etc… Pero hay un ligerísimo problema que al clickear en un producto de una lista de la categoría que te interesa, después no hay botón de vuelta atrás, por lo que tienes que volver a entrar en la categoría de nuevo. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Buenos productos, mal servicio.
Cuando realizas la compra de un producto te indica que el producto enviado al domicilio llegará en 2 días, y en un punto de recogida 3 o 4 días, no han cumplido los plazos. Dado que marque el envío a domicilio y llevo 3 días de espera. Mala gestión.
