I like the features of this app. I subscribe to several magazines and this is the only one that I can zoom and scroll across pages. But, if I can’t load or read the most recent issue, the app becomes worthless. Please fix issue.
First you can, then you can’t.
I renew my subscription, get logged in and all is well for a few months, then here we go again, it’s like it forgets who I am, and I can’t get access to the newest issue. It’s been going on since I first started using it THREE YEARS AGO!!! Fix it for crying out loud, or fire your app developers!
Updated app has now stopped working
Be aware this app is no longer working. Have used this app for 4 or 5 years and now it is no longer working.

What a mess. Don't bother even trying on an iPad.
Excuses excuses excuses
The app crashes every time you open offline and now even online. When i contacted customer service tech support blamed the problem on my Ipad. But if you read all the reviews they are all the same for the last few years. Crashes and more crashes problems and more problems. The magazine is very good but in 2017 they are still not able to fix the app for us to read on a ipad maybe it is time to get a new tech team. What do you think?

Great Magazine - CRAPY PIECE OF AN APP
Initially this was an app that you could rely on to work when you needed it to. But for some time now it's become worthless in the sense that even if you buy the digital subscription and add the subscription information, you have to buy the individual issues. I even have a free subscription from goodsam's and it still doesn't change it. I've emailed them and nothing. I'm not going to renew my digital subscription because it doesn't work.
Terrible
Awful implementation of an app. If you're a subscriber you have to buy the issues you already receive in the mail. Hardly worth the download and it runs like garbage too.
Problems with app.
They made some changes and you can no longer download the paid for issue to save on your device. The library shows nothing there and you must re-download the issue you want to read. Copy will be lost when your done reading.
Sent an e-mail to tech support and have not had any response from them.

Worthless
The app freezes and crashes frequently. Restoring purchases will not work within the app. The app will not recognize print subscriptions after subscription verification; previous issues once available to download from the magazine web site must be purchased again. Probably one of the worse written of apps on iTunes. Really deserves zero stars as a total fail.
