Description

SmartControl is the companion smartphone app for the Motorola Solutions V300 and V700 police body-worn cameras. The SmartControl body-worn camera app connects to the body-worn camera using WiFi and Bluetooth and allows law enforcement officers to view digital evidence event recordings, categorize incidents and live-stream video footage direct to their mobile devices.
V300 device firmware must be upgraded to version 2.0.5.4 or later.

Will not connect

Connected once and now will not connect.

PLEASE PUSH AN UPDATE!!!

For the love of everything holy… PLEASE push an update so we can add case numbers through the app! You could have an entry field for the case number and then put a slider or checkbox to determine whether or not the video is from the primary or backup officer if you like. Or heck, just do the data entry field. At least we wouldn’t have to go back to the PD, dock the camera, wait for it to upload (if there’s enough charge for it to upload) and then add it through a web portal.
